Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for Marketing to join our team. As a Civil Engineer in the Marketing department, you will be responsible for participation in the procurement procedure for infrastructure projects and calculating the offers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers to analyze project requirements and develop accurate pricing for tenders

Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents

Evaluate project drawings and specifications to identify any potential discrepancies or issues

Conduct cost analysis, track expenditures, and implement corrective measures if necessary

Provide expertise and guidance on cost management strategies throughout the tendering process

Assist project managers in preparing and submitting progress reports, final accounts, and claims as required

Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures if necessary

Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and pricing

Qualifications and Requirements:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

2-3 years of relevant work experience as a civil engineer is highly preferred

Possession of certified qualification in the field of civil engineering is highly preferred

Proficiency in both written and spoken Croatian and English is essential

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and relevant regulations

Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel)

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
